“Gaia and the King: An Eco-Fable”, by Laura Lewis-Barr

This brand new 4.5 minute film explores the challenges of faulty science/math thinking and climate change.

Laura Lewis-Barr was a graduate student in clinical psychology but eventually switched majors and earned her M.A in theatre.  In 2019 Laura began making stop motion films focused on fairy tales.  Now Laura is an award-winning stop-motion filmmaker and educator.   

Laura’s focus is on animating fairy tales and mythic stories that feed the soul.  She is inspired by the work of Joseph Campbell, Carl Jung, Jack Zipes, and Michael Meade.

Laura’s passion is creating short films for personal and collective transformation.
